v3.2 — ArchiveXL localization with VALID empty .archive

- Copy valid 8192-byte .archive from Arasaka Cyberarms mod
- ArchiveXL .xl file references translation_strings.json
- YAML uses string keys (crystal_katana_name) not LocKey#
- ArchiveXL resolves string keys via translation_strings.json
- This time the .archive is a real valid CP2077 archive file
